ABOUT ME
From 2008-2013, I studied renovation and reconstruction of an architectural complex at Lviv Polytechnic, Ukraine. However, since I have done my first travel abroad, I started to dream about “Traveling the whole world.” Also, I was dreaming about Ph.D. Degree. The problem was money, or rather their lack. The scholarship in Ukraine for Ph.D. students is 50 euro per month; everybody understood that it is impossible to live and to travel with salary 50 euros per month.
So, I have decided to get a scholarship abroad. I submitted documents in 2014, and I won. Now, I’m studying in Lisbon for the Ph.D. degree. This scholarship gives me a lot of advantages such as:
* I have residence permit, so I can travel without thinking how to get a visa;
* I have a good scholarship that gives me possibility to live and to travel;
* I live in a beautiful country with fantastic architecture, landscape, and weather;
* I have an excellent opportunity to study abroad, to meet new people, to investigate different cultures, and to make my dreams come true.
Finally, I decided to create a blog about my studies. As a Ph.D. student a lot of time I use for self-education. In Ph.D. studies in English, one of the most important things is academic writing. So, I will start my blog with some examples of an academic essay. And then we will see...
